Cars Taxi Services Co LLC – Dubai was established in the year 2000 under the strategic vision of Government of Dubai in forming a franchised taxi operation system and we are very proud about the first franchisee company who started the taxi operation in April 2000.
Cars Taxi is a franchisee of RTA (Roads & Transport Authority) and currently operating 1,554 taxis, which is second largest taxi fleet operator in Dubai.
Cars Taxi was initially awarded franchisee rights to operate 754 taxis and offers efficient, reliable, safety taxi service to cater the transportation needs of citizens, residents & tourists of Dubai Emirate.
Over a period of time, due to the demand for more taxis, Cars Taxi was able to increase its fleet size from 754 taxies to 1554 taxis by obtaining additional taxi plates in different time through a closed bidding process.
Currently, Cars Taxi Group is a leading private taxi fleet operator in fleet size in UAE and as well in GCC.
Our drivers are well trained according to the nature of the business. All our drivers undergoes a formal training program, which includes defensive driving and safety primarily.
As part of Eco-friendly and Green saving, Cars Taxi has contributed by the way of inducting Hybrid taxis in the fleet. And We (Cars Taxi) are proud to be the first private taxi company introduced Hybrid Vehicles in the fleet.
Our Taxi fleet comprised of brand new Semi-luxury type vehicles. Cars Taxi vehicle carries its identity of “BLUE” roof top on the “BEIGE” color vehicle.
A dedicated full-fledged garage has been established to assist the maintenance and accident repairs in order to maintain the Quality of Service.
It has enhanced its credentials with ISO 9001:2008, the International Quality Certification by TUV NORD.
