Al Massaleh Real Estate was founded in 1989 by Musaad Al Saleh & Sons. The company has been listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange since 1997 and has since operated as a real estate owner, operator and developer with an independent board to manage the interests of the company’s shareholders.
The company's activities include residential/commercial property development, facilities management, hospitality and leisure, project management, urban cleaning and waste management.
Its diverse portfolio of landmark properties across the Middle East and the Mediterranean basin includes the iconic Massaleh Towers in Kuwait, designed by world-renowned architect I.M. Pei. and the Saifi Crown luxury residential tower in Beirut.
