The launch of "Musaada" service took place in Toyota Al Rai Showroom, attended the event, Mr. Johan Heislitz - Senior Business Director, vehicles sales, Management MNSS, members of the local press.

Toyota "Musaada" Roadside Assistance Service represents Al Sayer commitment to the concept of innovative products and programs under Al Sayer Be Reassured Campaign which takes care of our customers and their safety.
This service is provided free of charge to all Toyota customers in Kuwait who purchased their vehicle from Al Sayer. It is governed by special terms and conditions subject to the validity of the vehicle warranty.
Note that we provide a similar service exclusively for Lexus customers separate from Toyota for those who purchased their vehicle from Al Sayer. Service provided 24 hours / 7 days a week to ensure that all our customers have access to roadside assistance service free of charge".
This is a new reassurance that Al Sayer and Toyota are working always hand in hand based on Al Sayer ever improving strategy towards more confidence in the Kuwaiti market.
