Last month during the last week of Ramadan, we visited Burger and Lobster restaurant for Iftar, the restaurant is located on the first floor in the Grand Avenue in Avenues Mall.
Our choice to visit Burger and Lobster during Iftar time in Ramadan was actually a wrong choice whereby the service was very slow and we waited for the food so long.
There was only one waiter and one waitress serving the whole restaurant; they welcome customers, get orders, serve food, take payments and clean tables.
As for the food, we ordered Lobster Soup and Original Burger Dish and we waited for more than 30 minutes before getting them.
The taste of the food is good and the portions are good as well but the prices are somehow high whereby the soup on its own is KD 3 and the Original Burger is KD 7.
We are willing to visit Burger and Lobster again to try their service during a regular day and we are sure that things will be better.
On the positive side, the restaurant is clean and has a good location and the staff is friendly but they just need to add more staff members and serve the food faster.
